Here, the guards don’t just watch — they have their own… let’s say, ‘special’ methods of welcoming you. Forget boring receptions with coffee and cookies. If you’re lucky, you’ll survive the experience. If not, well… you can always keep the ghosts company.
The walls ooze secrets, and every corner seems designed to test you. It’s not only your wits at stake, but your endurance too: every second feels like a weight, and every decision may mark the difference between walking free or staying locked up forever.

What is the experience like?
Isolation Escape Room is a highly immersive adventure where inmates can choose the intensity level of the introduction. The rest of the experience will be the same for all versions. You can choose between:
Low Intensity: Explicit content and language.
Medium Intensity: Explicit content, language, and humiliation.
High Intensity: Explicit content, language, humiliation, and frisking, with the possibility of ending up without some items of clothing.
Some light physical activity is required (you don’t need to run, but you may need to crouch for some time), and it is not suitable for pregnant women or people with reduced mobility.

Isolation is an experience for participants over 16 years old.
Minors under 18 will not be able to choose HIGH INTENSITY.
The team must consist of exactly 2 players. It’s perfect for couples!
Isolation is not recommended for people who suffer from claustrophobia.
Aislamiento requires a bit of physical agility and the ability to kneel.
We recommend comfortable clothing and closed shoes.
No, at no time do we intend to cause fear, scares, or distressing situations. It’s all about having fun.
A 5-minute courtesy will be granted, but no exceptions will be made if you arrive late. It is solely your responsibility to arrive on time. If you are late, your game time will be reduced or you may not be allowed to access the experience.
Cancellations and refunds are not accepted. With less than 48 hours’ notice, no changes are allowed (unless the booking insurance was purchased, in which case changes can be made up to 12 hours before at no cost).
With more than 48 hours’ notice, changing the booking date may incur a fee of up to €10 for administrative costs.
